So in hopes of showing the importance of proper nutrition I decided to completely not care about my diet for an entire whole week. During said week, I did not do cardio, I weightlifted but at a low intensity, drank and ate the most processed carbohydrates I could get my hands on. After a week, my body completely changed. I decided to do this, to show how important nutrition is. I will show you the transformation in 12 weeks or less if achieved earlier. Stay tuned to the progress pix :)
